The Edna Runner Tutorial Center
Edna Runner was a community educator and child advocate for over 38 years. Ms. Edna W. Runner, believed that the children of West Jupiter deserved an opportunity to live the American dream, and she set out to create a safe and nurturing environment where they could pursue academic and personal excellence, The Edna W. Runner Tutorial Center now provides after school, spring break, and summer camp services for more than 125 elementary and middle-school-aged students. Lifetime membership is bestowed upon the Edna Runner Tutorial Center in honor of the late Edna Runner's service, "l love you!"

Phyllis Brannen has served in the Behavioral Health field for 23 years. She completed her Master's Degree at 58 years old. At the tender age of 80 years old, she still works tirelessly, with compassion for adults and youth with DUI issues. Ms. Brannen, you deserve your recognition.
