Who We Accredit
The Green Apple Accreditation Commission of Social Services provides accreditation for programs that deliver excellence in service to children, families, and communities. We collaborate with childcare facilities, private schools, behavioral health providers, public health agencies, and community service organizations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. Our standards foster integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement across all service areas.

At Green Apple Accreditation Commission, we strive to enhance the quality of care and ensure that behavioral health programs, childcare centers, and private schools, meet high standards of practice and effectiveness. We accredit programs that provide mental health services, substance abuse treatment, residential treatment, and community-based behavioral health, all aimed at supporting children, adults, and their families.

The Edna Runner Tutorial Center
The late Edna Runner was a community educator and child advocate for over 38 years. Ms. Edna W. Runner believed that the children of West Jupiter deserved an opportunity to live the American dream, and she set out to create a safe and nurturing environment where they could pursue academic and personal excellence. The Edna W. Runner Tutorial Center now provides after school, spring break, and summer camp services for more than 125 elementary and middle-school-aged students. In addition to these programs, the center is dedicated to achieving apple accreditation, ensuring high-quality educational experiences akin to those found in green apple childcare and green apple daycare facilities. Lifetime membership is bestowed upon the Edna Runner Tutorial Center in honor of the late Edna Runner's service, "I love you!"

Phyllis Brannen has served in the Behavioral Health field for 23 years. She completed her Master's Degree at 58 years old. At the tender age of 80 years, she still works tirelessly with compassion for adults and youth dealing with DUI issues. Ms. Brannen, you truly deserve your recognition.
