These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, accreditation services, and any related offerings. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Green Apple Accreditation Commission of Social Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

2. Services Provided

Green Apple Accreditation Commission of Social Services services to schools, children's services programs, public health organizations, and behavioral health programs, and its members. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Accreditation consultations, reviews and evaluations
• Compliance with state regulations and industry standards
• Training and support for educational institutions and behavioral health programs
• membership
• certification

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to legally recognized educational and behavioral health institutions. By enrolling, you confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of your organization.

4. Accreditation Process

Accreditation is a multi-step process involving:

• Application submission
• Review and evaluation
• Compliance verification
• Ongoing monitoring and support

Failure to meet our accreditation standards may result in denial or revocation of accreditation.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees are subject to change and must be paid in full according to the agreed terms. Annual membership dues renew October 15 - December 31st, annually. All fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Late payments may result in suspension of services and reinstatement fees.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared with Green Apple Accreditation is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for accreditation purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies provided by Green Apple Accreditation are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

8. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Abide by industry regulations and ethical standards
• Avoid any fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Abide by all Green Apple Accreditation, 1) health and safety standards, 2) accreditation standards, as applicable, and 3) policies and procedures
• Pay all fees including but not limited to: member, accreditation, survey/site visit inspection, review, and travel expenses, as applicable

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accreditation or services if there is a breach of these terms, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with health and safety standards, accreditation standards and/or Green Apple policies and procedures..

10. Limitation of Liability

Green Apple Accreditation is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to, operational disruptions or non-compliance with state regulations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
