"When it comes to child development, we are compelled to look at children's behavioral health. We must include behavioral health in the conversation on child development from infant to adolescence. Children's mental health impacts their socio-emotional and cognitive development. Back to school physicals should include a behavioral health screening by a licensed mental health professional. We have to do more than just wait until there is an outward expression of a inward problem" Freda Stevens, President & CEO
